Our public school system is under unprecedented strain. Teachers and students are forging ahead in ways that never could have been imagined even a year ago. The Wayland Public Schools Foundation (WPSF) is committed to help our students succeed through grants funded by you, our community.

Like so many aspects of our lives, this past year's annual fundraising efforts were unexpectedly limited by the pandemic. Now, without our communities' involvement, WPSF will also be limited in our ability to support our teachers and students in overcoming obstacles and thriving in their new environment. Together we can make a change.

Community Effort Makes us Stronger

Since its inception in 1983, WPSF has awarded over $4 MILLION toward more than 800 innovative education grants for classes from kindergarten through 12th grade. With school budgets under continual pressure, WPSF's grants are increasingly important to maintaining the tradition of excellence in Wayland classrooms.

Every year, the Foundation receives many more worthy grant proposals than can be funded. And with ever-tightening school budgets, many valuable programs cannot be supported without your help. Your donation, regardless of size, will keep our tradition of innovation alive and will transform learning for every Wayland student.

Matching Gifts

Increase your impact with a matching gift from your employer! If you or your spouse work for a company which offers this benefit, just fill out your company's matching gift form and mail it to us. Simply check with your Human Resources department for guidelines and forms. Many companies even double-match.

Looking for a thoughtful way to honor or remember a family member, friend or colleague? With a tribute gift, you can express your gratitude or commemorate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or graduation.

Donate Stock

Donating stock that has appreciated in value is a wonderful way to support our schools. You won't pay capital gains taxes on the profits and the current market value of the stock may be deductible as a charitable contribution.
