Honor and Appreciate Teachers and Staff

Share a special THANK YOU with a teacher or staff member in appreciation of a great start to an amazing year.

The Wayland Public Schools Foundation HATS OFF! fundraiser is a perfect way to share your gratitude to our incredible teachers and staff for all they do for our students and the Wayland schools.

Please see the instructions below to participate! We will be accepting submissions from November 8th to December 15th.

How It Works

Honoring teachers and staff members through the HATS Off program starts by filling out the form below. A single donation to HATS Off allows you to honor one or multiple teachers and staff members. Each honoree will receive a personalized HATS Off certificate of appreciation that can be displayed in his or her office or classroom. You do not need to designate an amount for each honoree. The HATS Off Certificate will acknowledge that a donation has been made in his or her honor and will include a personalized message from you. The donation amount will not be disclosed. A minimum donation of $10 is recommended per child.

DONATE ONLINE: Please donate online by completing the online form.  Payment may be made online or by check (mailed separately).

OR, MAIL IT IN: if you prefer, download the printable form and mail it, along with your check, to: Wayland Public Schools Foundation, P.O. Box 97, Wayland MA 01778.
